I believe that individuals have a unique view of the world that shapes their responses and their feelings about themselves. I also see each person as creative and capable of growth and control over their own life despite obstacles and limitations.

Since a deep respect for the individual underpins my approach, I seek to understand how each person perceives life and experiences. The context is a professional and ethical relationship where clients can feel safe and able to express themselves without fear of judgement or critisism.

I endeavour to listen with care and insight to support my clients towards change.
